Welcome to our new section giving you day to day fabricating progress on
our car.
New CROW window nets feature NASCAR quick pin release for easy removal
Radke finalizes the window net installation while Scott Hall installs the tire rack. The tire rack features
the Oil Cooler with fan mounted to the bottom of the rack. The cooler has its own thermostat built in
for fan operation.
The freshly sanded aluminum floor adds new life to the car. While a table full of new stuff , like CROW
belts, Parker Pumper hoses and BONACO fuel and oil lines wait to be installed.  
The new Deist / Flameout Coldfire 302 system is in place. The 5 lb bottle is actuated by the push knob
on the dash next to the radio within reach of both the driver and co-driver. there are 4 nozzles located
in the car -1 over the cockpit udrer the top rear hoop of the roll cage-1 in front of the fuel cell-1
between the fuel cell and the motor and - 1 facing the front of the motor.
The new ACRO HID lights as well as the LED tail Lights and Amber running light have arrived. 2 of the
ACRO's will be in the original location on the side of the front cage with a 3 light, removable bar to be
built over the front of the cage.
ALL OF THESE ULTRA EXPENSIVE LIGHTS WERE FURNISHED THROUGH THE GENEROSITY OF
MOORE

June 10th. The car is ready to go to BDR for the final wiring. The car looks great. In the, in the photos
below you can see the power steering lines furnished by BONACO in place using a bulkhead going
thru the front body panel. Also you will see the light bar complete and in place. It is fully removeable.
The seats, belts, air hoses, window nets  are all in place in front of the new 25 gallon Fuelsafe fuel cell.
The new Oddessy dual batteries rest in their holders in the engine compartment below the new UMP
air filter and dual Bosch coils.
The car finally sees daylight again and is ready for its trip to BDR.

Back home from BDR racing, our race car is a perfect example of how beneficial it is to have
an experienced racer help you prepare your car. Some points of interest in the photos below
are the water/dustproof connections throughout the system. The battery switchbox allowing
the car to run on one or both batteries, quick disconnects on the coil change overs and
lightbar plus all of the switches on the dash are labeled.
